Regrettably, pianist Bernadene Blaha, who contracted COVID, will not be able to perform our concert on June 30 as part of Musique de chambre à Sainte-Pétronille, near Quebec City. Pianist Meagan Milatz will join me in Grieg’s & Franck’s sonatas for violin & piano. I’ll be performing J. S. Bach’s Chaconne for Solo Violin in replacement of Smetana’s Aus der Heimat. A big “thank you” to Meagan, and wishing Bernadene a speedy recovery!
